Kicking Seminar aka Leg Respect
Kicks, they are one of the many tools that a proficient martial artist should have. They can be devastating if you have the correct power and accuracy. But how do you get your kicks to be effective? Is it just purely repetition?
Repetition plays a part, but you also need mobility which is the ability to move your joints through their full range of motion with stability and control.
This seminar will teach you a variety of leg work to strengthen your legs and gain back your leg respect.
